International Shipping

Roxmad is shipping worldwide covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. We offer as many shipping methods as possible, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and EMS, etc. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours and the order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order. We hold multiple warehouses across the globe including the USA, Europe, HK & so on, your orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours after the order confirmation email sent. Domestic orders are always shipped from our SoCal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse. If you need to change your shipping address, please send us an email at support@roxmad.com within 12 hours after placing order. We can help right up until the parcel is shipped. 

International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever offers the fastest delivery time. Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery. We are always work to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible. If the package is not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will resolve any issues together. 

Note: If you choose to Express internationally, may need to pay tax; depending on your country. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery. If the package is not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will resolve any issues together.

Shipping Cost

We are free shipping to USA, Australia and so on, excludes Alaska, Hawaii,Puerto Rico. There is $30 shipping fee to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Finland when order price below $200 ($0.00-$199.99) and free shipping when order price over $200 ($200 and up). A purchase order no matter how many goods once only charge shipping at no added weight fee. 

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient. roxmad.com has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.

Shipping Time

Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours after order confirmation email sent, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try our best to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.

Shipping Tracking

If a member has successfully ordered Roxmad goods, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there and you will be presented with the tracking information.

Please note:

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

We do not offer overnight shipping.

Shipping Damage:

All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Package Returned:

In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.
