We are free shipping to USA, Australia and so on, excludes Alaska, Hawaii,Puerto Rico. There is $30 shipping fee to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Finland when order price below $200 ($0.00-$199.99) and free shipping when order price over $200 ($200 and up). A purchase order no matter how many goods once only charge shipping at no added weight fee.

Shipping Time

Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours after order confirmation email sent, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try our best to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

Shipping Damage:

All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Package Returned:

In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.

Return & Refund

Please check the product and it's complete accessories as soon as you receive the package if you need to file for a return! Also note that in case of return any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Remember, we can't return products to suppliers or re-sell them to other customers if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process which ensure that product being shipped are in perfect condition.

If you need to file for a return, please abide by the following instructions:

  • In case of replace or return, items can be returned back or replaced within 30 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the package is complete. The shipping cost will pay by customer. It needs to provide the return tracking number after the parcel return back.
  • In case a defective, damaged and missing parts in your parcel is discovered, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your item. Otherwise we will not be liable.
  • In case of replace or return, items can be returned back or replaced within 14 days of receiving your item. The shipping cost will pay by customer.
  • In case of return, there is 10%-50% restocking fee will pay by customer. 
  • We will pay the return shipping only if the items is defective within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Please provide a detailed explanation of the defect, aided by images and/or a short video clip to ease the process.
  • For replacements, we need the defected product returned to our warehouse before we can ship out a fresh replacement. We will respond as soon as we receive the return and verify the malfunction.
  • An individual component or discrete products cannot be returned if the housing has been opened.
  • Please contact our customer service via email or chat for return address.
  • Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.
  • It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
  • If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

If items do not work when received, please take some pictures or videos to prove the problems and contact us for a solution.
